9. We process all personal data obtained in accordance with applicable legal regulations and protect your personal data against misuse.

III. Retention period of personal data

1. The operator stores personal data - for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the operator to exercise claims from these contractual relationships. - for the period until the consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked, if the personal data is processed on the basis of consent.

Under the conditions set out in the Act, you have: – the right to access your personal data pursuant to Section 21 of the Act, – the right to rectify personal data pursuant to Section 22 of the Act, or to restrict processing pursuant to Section 24 of the Act, – the right to erase personal data pursuant to Section 23 of the Act, – the right to object to processing pursuant to Section 27 of the Act, – the right to data portability pursuant to Section 26 of the Act, – the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email specified by the controller in Article I of these terms and conditions.
2. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.

VI. Conditions for securing personal data

1. The operator declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
2. The operator has taken technical measures to secure data repositories and personal data repositories in paper form.
3. The operator declares that only persons authorized by him have access to personal data.
